My name is
Priscilla Burnotte, and I am a 31-year-old veterinarian specialized in
emergency and critical care for companion animals. I was born and raised in
Liège, where I developed a deep passion for veterinary medicine. I graduated
from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and quickly became particularly
interested in the management of critically ill patients.
After
completing a general internship in companion animal medicine at the University
Veterinary Clinic (CVU), I pursued further training with a two-year specialized
internship, followed by a three-year residency in emergency and critical care.
This dedication recently allowed me to obtain the title of European Specialist
in Emergency and Critical Care (ECVECC).
Today, I
work as a clinician in the Emergency and Critical Care Department of the CVU,
where I am committed to providing high-quality care to patients while
supporting their owners and veterinary teams. Passionate about emergency
medicine and intensive care, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with fellow
veterinarians, helping them improve their approach to emergency cases, offering
guidance, and making them feel more confident when dealing with critical
situations in their daily practice.
