graduating from Ghent University in 2017, she completed a one-year rotating
internship at the same institution. She then spent six months volunteering in
Thailand before returning to work in the hospitalization and intensive care
unit at the University of Ghent. To further specialize, she pursued a one-year
internship in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) at the Centre Vétérinaire
Universitaire (CVU) in Liège, followed by a residency, which she successfully
completed in September 2024. She is now a proud board-certified specialist in
Emergency and Critical Care.
